As March arrives, I wanted to take a moment to talk about the importance of consistency and perseverance, even when you’re facing anxiety. Recently, my anxiety has been really bad, leaving me in tears at times for no reason. But even when I wake up feeling overwhelmed, I know that sticking to my workout routine is essential.
I’m excited to share that starting on March 6th, I’ll be joining a new program on BODi that’s designed specifically for beginners.
