Hi my name is Kristin Nicole. I’m a stay at home mama of two boys, trying to do her best to be healthy & use non-toxic products in our life. I fell in love with fitness, essential oils and helping others become the best version of themselves. I am growing each day and working on becoming the best version of me that I want to be and that I want my kids to see. I love to meditate and use crystals and although that may not resinate with you, I ask you to give it a try. I would love for you to embark on this journey with me.
About How The Website Got Started & A Little About Me:
I started this website as Soapnights.com and transformed it into KristinNicole.com. I started Soapnights in 2007 and originally it was supposed to be a place people can turn to for late night soap operas. After a while I realized that my true passion was helping others. I started giving advice on Yahoo.com and then I started posting the questions and answers I gave on my website. Shortly after I began to get a few emails directly and I was over joyed that people would want to hear what I had to say. I love helping others and talking to people even after I’ve given them advice. As time passed and life got busy, I wasn’t able to keep up with it. It’s been sitting on the back burner just waiting to be used again.
I love to write, whether it’s poetry, small stories, or just about every day life. Writing down what I feel takes away all the concerns and all the stuff you don’t know how to say in person. To me it just comes naturally to write what I am feeling or thinking.
I got married in 2014 to my best friend. My wedding was everything that I had dreamed of and more. In June 2015 I had my first born son and became a SAHM (stay at home mom). I absolutely love it. As a first time mama, there was a lot to learn. With all the research out there I started to realize that I wanted to live a cleaner more toxic-free life. We aren’t perfect but we try our best with what we have. I started using Essential Oils in December 2015 and I am still learning every day how wonderful and beneficial these essential oils can be. I want to share what I have learned and help those who want to live a cleaner life walk this journey with me. In August 2017 we got pregnant again and we lost the baby. My rainbow baby came in June 2018 and I had my second son. I was suffering more from anxiety and depression a year after he was born and I wanted to start sharing my story. If you follow me on Instagram (@kristinnicolecarrera) you know that I am open with what I have been going through. I wasn’t happy with a lot, including my body and my health. I decided to join Beachbody and become a wellness coach. I am happy to say that I am well on my way to being where I want to be, but like with anything in life it takes time and commitment. I am committed to helping myself and helping others on their health journey.
I want this website to become a place people can turn to with questions, ideas, and everyday thoughts. Whether it is about health and fitness, healthy eating, essential oils or a random question about life. If you have any questions, anything to say or have any updates please email me. For questions about joining my team on Beachbody or about essential oils please email kristin.carrera22@gmail.com
I know people still come to see my advice column so I am not removing it completely from the site. You are welcome to post comments and if you have any questions just message me.
If you are commenting and it isn’t showing up please email me and let me know. Many comments might be getting sent to the SPAM folder and I do not know if it is real Spam or not, if you email me I will make sure to take your name off the spam list. Thank you.

We are starting our journey with Essential Oils and have done our own research on the purity of oils. I am confident in using oils in our recipes because we only use Young Living. They are beyond organic and never use pesticides, herbicides or any harmful chemicals. Their soil has never been exposed to them as well. I don’t suggest ever using any other oil for ingestion because I don’t know of their purity.
