Expectations for this week:
Complete a minimum of 5 workouts.
Make 3-5 healthy changes/ goals to your nutrition; such as, drink x amount of water/ day, eat x amount of veggies/ day, only drink alcohol on weekends, only allow for x sweet treats this week, stop eating after x o’clock, etc.
Make just 3 achievable goals individualized to your nutrition that can and should improve.

DAY ONE: 10 ROUNDS
