Why does your body sometimes just feel like it’s not catching up to you. I don’t sleep well at night and today I just feel like I am going to fall asleep right here at my desk. It’s pretty bad actually!
I wish there was something I can do. Exercise perhaps? Maybe this will help me sleep better at night. I do need to start I just haven’t been motivated lately to work out. I really have to push myself into working out again. It’s hard sometimes with school. For example, today I go to school straight after work, and I get home around 6 or so, by that time I’m starving. I am not thinking about working out. I am thinking about eating some Dinner!
Any tips from anyone, will be highly appreciated.
