What do you do when you just feel so sleepy you feel like falling asleep at your desk at work?
Well that’s exactly how I feel today. Monday night I went to sleep around 10:30, woke up at 5:40am and got to work at 6:42am. Last night I probably went to bed around the same time or later, and woke up at 5:20 and got to work at 6:29am. On top of that, both nights I kept waking up during the night, either cold or just tossing and turning. This frequently happens to me. I lack the right sleep.
I sat here the first 45 minutes of work falling asleep, and even now at 9:40am I feel like going to my bed and passing out for a few hours. If I could take a nap, I probably would. I don’t really like to drink coffee so what else can I take to wake my ass up?
