Anger: A strong feeling of displeasure or hostility.
Why are some of us so angry. Are we angry with someone in particular? Are we angry with life? Are we just so angry we haven’t noticed we’ve been living like this for so long that you don’t know what other way to be?
Sometimes it’s me?!?
Sometimes I feel angry, it’s an emotion we all carry inside ourselves. Mine, takes over, it brings on anxiety sometimes, it’s a feeling I don’t know how to let go of it. Then I sit and I try to breath, take deep breaths I tell myself… sometimes it works and other times if I’m angry because of someone I have to talk it out right then and there, if not it will eat at me the entire day where I can’t concentrate or think or talk. We all carry this horrible feeling inside of us called ANGER, but not all of us know how to keep it under control.
Sometimes we go through life living each day as it comes, and each day that anger grows, and without you realizing it, it starts to ruin relationships, friendships, life… Some people don’t know how to control their anger. It’s so bad they have to go to an anger management counselor. Some people hold in their anger, but the problem with this is, that later eventually the person explodes. It’s not good to hold in your anger, you have to let the person know how you feel. And others just know how to control it, don’t let the small things in life make you angry. We can’t change certain events in our life, why hold on to something that eats away from you when we can’t change it?
